We focus on holistic child development through play-based learning, care, and cultural exposure. As part of our broader curriculum, we incorporate Mandarin language elements to promote bilingualism and diversity. We’re seeking enthusiastic Mandarin-speaking educators to join us on a casual basis, supporting our team in daily operations while contributing to our language program. The Role As an Educator/Early Childhood Teacher, your primary focus will be assisting in the general education and care of children in the room. This includes: Supporting daily routines, play-based activities, and developmental experiences to foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Providing nurturing care, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children. Collaborating with the team to plan and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with early childhood principles. Assisting with the delivery of our Mandarin language program as part of the broader curriculum, incorporating fun, interactive elements like songs, stories, and cultural activities. Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. What We're Looking For Native or Fluent Mandarin Speakers (with strong English communication skills) to enhance our multicultural approach. Qualified Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred). Experience with Young Children – A passion for working with kids aged 0-6 years and understanding of their developmental needs. Creativity & Energy – Ability to make everyday learning engaging through play, arts, music, and more. Required Checks – Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Reliable, creative, and adaptable with a positive, team-oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
