After an extensive renovation, The Fairfield (previously The Oonoonba Hotel) is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the team and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of our beloved local venue. As the Assistant Venue Manager, you will assist the Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Bistro, Sports Bar and Gaming room, ensuring our high standards of service are maintained. You must be passionate about people and aim to create memorable experiences for our guests. This is a hands‑on position in a fast‑paced environment where your leadership will shine. You will be a team player ready to step up and take on more responsibility. Requirements RSA and RSG as well as RMLV or willing to obtain it.
