Commercial & Property Lawyer | Helping Business Owners & Investors Navigate Complex Legal Transactions | Practical Legal Solutions Tailored for… The Opportunity Ardor Legal is seeking a commercially minded Senior Commercial & Property Solicitor to lead sophisticated transactional matters in our growing Brisbane CBD practice. You will work closely with business owners, developers and commercial landlords across Queensland. From day one, you will own matters end to end with the autonomy to lead and the support to scale. This is a strategic growth hire. You will play a key role in shaping the next phase of the firm’s expansion while delivering real commercial outcomes for clients. Your Impact You will Lead business sales and acquisitions including due diligence, contract drafting and negotiations Manage commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, put and call options, easements and special conditions Draft, review and negotiate commercial and retail leases, variations and associated agreements Advise SMEs, landlords and investors on contracts, shareholder agreements and risk Collaborate with the Principal, solicitor and paralegal to deliver exceptional outcomes Maintain strong client and referral relationships through clear commercial communication Represent the firm professionally at networking and industry events About You You bring 5+ years PAE in commercial and or commercial property law Demonstrated experience in transactional matters including business sales, property deals and leases Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills Ability to manage matters autonomously with commercial judgementA team mindset and commitment to continuous improvement A current Australian practising certificate Confidence in building client and referrer trust through clarity and delivery Strong generalists with relevant commercial and property experience are encouraged to apply What We Offer Hybrid model with one WFH day per week post probation Direct access to the Principal for mentorship and strategic input Career progression in a scaling firm with a clear growth plan A grade clients and meaningful work Opportunities to shape and improve systems and processes Inclusive collaborative growth oriented culture About Ardor Legal Ardor Legal is a boutique firm specialising in commercial and property law for business owners, developers and commercial landlords across Queensland.
