Come join our Offshore Survival Training team to deliver high quality safety and emergency response training based in Jandakot We have a position open for a Training Assistant/Safety Diver to join the team on a full‑time basis. Your role will be to support our Training staff throughout the course duration. You will assist with the practical training delivery within our simulated training environment and will be involved in the preparation and maintenance of training equipment. To be considered for this you must have the following: Minimum Open Water Dive qualification but must be willing to obtain Rescue Dive qualification Desirable: First aid and CPR qualifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused approach Ability to work both independently and within a team What you’ll be doing Assist in delivering practical training sessions within our state‑of‑the‑art simulated training environment. Act as a safety diver during specialised underwater training activities. Ensure that training equipment is prepared, maintained, and operating efficiently. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for participants.
