Within Financial and Strategic Investors, we provide a full range of capital and financing solutions to domestic and global clients across diversified financial, superannuation, wealth management, private equity, private credit and insurance. Your Impact & Contribution Support bankers in servicing NBFI client needs across complex transactions and operational requirements. Work within Deal Teams to manage documentation, execution, settlement, and lifecycle maintenance. Prepare annual credit reviews and support credit applications for new transactions. Facilitate Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding and refresh processes. Monitor client portfolios, manage breaches, and liaise with credit risk teams. Maintain accurate client, credit, and transaction data across systems. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Contribute to internal and external reporting and cross-functional initiatives. Foster a positive team culture and uphold a safe, inclusive workplace. Adhere to CommBank’s Code of Conduct. Your Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, numerical, or business-related disciplines. Prior experience in corporate or investment banking is highly regarded; graduate programs at major banks are a plus. Your Skills & Experience Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Understanding of operational drivers of a business and how they impact financial performance. Analytical and research capabilities. Knowledge of KYC requirements. Understanding of credit risk and risk management. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
