Job Title: Speech Pathologist - Clinic/Community - Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs VIC Working Hours: Full Time or Part Time Salary Offer: $75k to $110k annually (depending on experience) + super + CPD allowance + benefits Location: Cranbourne VIC About the company: Our client is a specialized center dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals with developmental and mental health conditions. Our team of highly experienced clinicians offers assessments for Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Sensory Processing Challenges, Mental Health Conditions, and more. By bringing together a diverse group of therapists under one roof, they ensure effective communication and collaboration. This team-based approach allows us to deliver the best possible care for our clients, reducing confusion and stress for families. Their services include Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, and Support Specialist services. The company also offer regular social opportunities groups for all ages, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals to connect with others and develop valuable social skills. About the role: Our client is currently looking for a Speech Pathologist for their Werribee centre. They will also consider someone who would want to work evenings and / or weekends. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals with a variety of communication needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to therapy Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and technology-assisted interventions Provide training and support to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Benefits: Competitive salary offer. As a new graduate you can receive anywhere from $75k - $85k plus super and as a fully qualified therapist you can receive $90k - $110k plus super. Supervision/ongoing support from highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologists Work alongside a small and committed team of people. Development package of $4000 per year.
