If you're ready to make a difference in a supportive and collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you Role Responsibilities Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers Data entry of claims into Insight system Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution Follow up of claims processes with insurers Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim Answer incoming claims calls Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery About You To be successful in securing this opportunity the candidate we are seeking will be a team player, be highly organised, have an eye for detail, have a high level of client service skills.
