The responsibilities of the role: As a Concierge, you will be an essential part of our Guest Services team, providing warm welcomes, assisting with guest needs, and enhancing the overall retreat experience. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. In this varied and active role, you will: • Greet guests with warmth, professionalism and a welcoming presence. • Assist guests with luggage, including lifting and transporting sometimes heavy bags. • Drive guests around the retreat using our onsite golf buggies to assist with car parking. • Provide accurate information about retreat facilities and assist with guest enquiries. • Ensure company transport vehicles are clean and presentable. • Communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and internal departments. • Uphold Gwinganna’s high standards of personal presentation and customer care. About you: You’re approachable, helpful, and thrive in a people‑facing role. You have a natural ability to make guests feel comfortable and cared for, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour. You will also have: A current and valid QLD driver’s licence (essential) Ability to safely operate a golf buggy and assist with transport logistics Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry heavy bags A tidy, professional appearance and positive attitude Flexibility to work on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays (not necessarily every week) A friendly, proactive nature with excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in health and wellness This is an exciting opportunity to join the Gwinganna team in a dynamic guest‑facing role and enjoy working in a serene and supportive environment.
