JLL Agribusiness is a specialised valuation division focusing on the valuation of rural and agribusiness properties across a wide range of property types. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled valuer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive valuations of agricultural properties and post farm gate businesses, while delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of agricultural properties, including farmland, orchards, vineyards, and related infrastructure. Prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes, including purchase / sale, compulsory acquisition, financial reporting and mortgage reliance. Analyse market trends, economic factors, and industry-specific data to inform valuation assessments. Utilise advanced valuation methodologies and tools specific to the agribusiness sector. Liaise with clients, including farmers, agribusiness owners, financial institutions, and government agencies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agribusiness industry. Stay up to date with relevant legislation, industry standards, and best practices in agricultural valuation. Contribute to business development initiatives and assist in winning new clients. Ensure compliance with professional standards and company policies in all valuation activities. Qualifications and Requirements Fully qualified Valuer, API. Experience in property valuation, with a strong focus on agribusiness and rural properties. Demonstrated expertise in various valuation methodologies applicable to agricultural assets. Excellent knowledge of agricultural markets, trends, and factors affecting rural property values. Strong negotiation and client management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for property inspections.
