So join us, step towards a brighter future and leave your legacy.ABOUT WORSLEYLocated in the picturesque south-west and Peel regions of Western Australia, South32 Worsley Alumina is on a journey to become the world's leading Alumina producer where our 1500 workforce value the lifestyle that Worsley Alumina has to offer.Our integrated Bauxite Mine, Alumina Refinery and Port Operation is creating the essential products needed for a sustainable low carbon future.WHAT SOUTH32 OFFERS26 weeks full-paid, or 52 weeks half-paid parental leave for primary carers.Ability to purchase up to 4 weeks of additional annual leave.The opportunity to become a shareholder of South32 through our share plans.Options for additional superannuation contributions.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role is a Permanent position on a 9-day fortnight working week roster, at our Worsley Alumina Refinery, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (45 minutes) and other nearby scenic communities.As the Superintendent Execution - Electrical, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of planned and shutdown electrical work activities to support operations at the Worsley Refinery & Port.Other key responsibilities include:Deliver the safety guarantee by setting expectations and holding people accountable for their actions.Take full supervisory & coordination responsibility for the dayshift Refinery electrical team.Build and maintain relationships with Contractors to ensure safe execution of Maintenance activities as per standards.Oversee all aspects of electrical maintenance execution activities.Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership, other Superintendents and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure electrical maintenance execution activities are conducted safely and effectively.ABOUT YOUYou will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:10+ years in electrical related roles.5+ years in leadership roles essential.Ability to leverage and encourage cross-functional relationships and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to create an inclusive and diverse environment.Expert/Professional that has detailed knowledge of principles and concepts related to maintaining, Reliability and operating equipment.Qualifications for this position are:Bachelor's Degree, Associate Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical Maintenance field.Holds a Schedule 26 Appointment Example: High Risk Basic Rigging (Desirable).South32 is committed to building and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workforce that reflects the communities in which we operate.
