About the Role Based in Perth and reporting to the Contracts Manager – WA, you’ll play a key role in the financial and administrative control of modular construction projects. You’ll manage progress claims, forecasting, reconciliations, and client correspondence, ensuring accuracy and commercial compliance across all project stages. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly—balancing structure with flexibility. Working closely with construction managers and site teams, you’ll need confidence, initiative, and strong communication skills to manage competing demands effectively. What You’ll Do Prepare and submit progress claims for clients and subcontractors. Manage project cost forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting (Cheops/Oracle). Draft and process variations, delay notices, and commercial correspondence. Liaise with project managers, construction teams, and clients to resolve queries. Ensure accurate maintenance of contract documentation, registers, and claims across ATCO and client project management systems. Contribute to monthly financial cycles, including claims and revenue forecasts. Support continuous improvement and help streamline commercial processes. What You’ll Bring Experience in contracts administration, project coordination, or similar commercial role within construction, modular, or related industries. Strong technical ability with Excel, Cheops, Oracle, and Aconex (or willingness to learn). High attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change. A confident communicator with strong initiative and problem-solving skills. A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine interest in learning and career progression. Qualifications in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
