Following steady growth of our edge protection products, to better support the client base in Melbourne, late in 2024 we opened a local VIC office and warehouse in Keilor East . Starting then with a full-time local salesperson we are now ready for a second team member either full or part-time to learn to sell while managing shipment and delivery of orders dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and engage with our Melbourne clients or prospects. THIS IS A UNIQUE DUAL ROLE This role is initially responsible for all aspects of managing product fulfilment to Victorian clients. This is does include some of the usual warehouse tasks like receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching our edge protection products. Then, just as importantly for 20-30% of your week, you will involved directly in the sales process including answering client enquiries and responding to walk-ins during peak periods and when the salesperson is off site. Candidates must be physically capable of moderate lifting to manage warehouse products during receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching operations. Reflecting the dual role in addition to a base hourly rate your package will include, a bonus system for meeting warehousing KPI’s for delivery and customer service as well as commission on sales. As your sales skills grow this can potentially double your income within 2 years. As we continue to grow it will be your choice to stay in this dual role, move fully into selling, or become our full time warehouse manager. Drivers licence Much of our work is over the phone but you may be required to visit client work sites occasionally. A full car licence is essential for this position to enable client site visits.
