Multiple positions available Receptionist and Dental Assistants Due to continued growth, Hopkins Street Dental is seeking to fill multiple permanent, full-time Receptionist and Dental Assistant positions based in our Moonah, Tasmania practice. As a member of our friendly and dynamic team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth running of our busy dental clinic. What you'll be doing Greeting patients and managing the front desk area, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing paperwork Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments Assisting with surgical procedures Providing excellent customer service to all patients Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming practice environment What we're looking for Previous experience as a receptionist or Dental Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and the clinical team Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control Proficient in using dental software and standard office technology A friendly, positive and compassionate attitude What we offer A competitive salary and opportunities for ongoing training and career development A range of employee benefits including free parking, paid professional training, EAP services and several social events throughout the year About us Hopkins Street Dental is a highly regarded, family‑owned dental practice that has been serving the Moonah community for over 20 years.
