Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in large-scale ERP transformation programs, particularly with systems like SAP? Do you possess solid financial knowledge across modules such as GL, AP, AR, and AA? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract, with the option to extend, to support a critical finance project within an IT Transformation Program in the education sector. About the Role: As the Senior Business Analyst for Finance, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring system configurations align with business needs. Working closely with stakeholders, you will drive system and process enhancements while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Provide functional expertise in the finance toolset being implemented. Support the implementation partner through the design, configuration, and build of Finance ERP modules according to business requirements. Facilitate and support the business in completing required configuration documents for build. Conduct thorough analysis of end-to-end Finance Payroll processes, systems, and data flows, and create "to-be" processes. Create user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria. Plan and coordinate Business functional testing and user acceptance testing efforts to validate implemented solutions. Facilitate workshops, conduct one‑on‑one interviews, process mapping, and utilize other methods including developing User Stories, likely working within Agile sprint cycles. Liaise with vendors and the delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications. To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst who has worked on large and complex ERP – financial projects, preferably SAP. You will also have indept domain knowledge of finance functions such as (GL, AP, AR). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must.
