About you Previous catering / food service or cleaning experience preferred but not essential. Applicants with previous cleaning experience will be highly regarded. You will be a team player and someone who enjoys interacting with people and giving back to our most vulnerable. Flexible part-time and casual roles to match your needs Duties Maintain legislated workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene standards Complete required documentation and reporting Respond to residents’ queries and requests Laundry duties include loading washers & dryers, sort linen, hang, fold, wrap or iron linen Catering / food services duties include assisting with basic food prep, provide meals and snacks, clear dining areas and dishwashing Cleaning duties include general cleaning; mopping, vacuuming, and waste collection in the residents’rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas Skills and Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week You will have an understanding of work health, safety and hygiene practices and the ability to work unsupervised.
