This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension.
Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 9am – 3pm – ideal for those seeking school hours or even just a decrease in their current hours.
About the role: Variety of administration support to the Office CoordinatorFirst point of contact for customers and suppliers.Responsible for booking in new work and providing daily booking schedules for the Auto Electricians and MechanicsKeeping customers informed of progress.Entering timesheets for techniciansAssist with onboarding new employees.Successful candidates will have the following: At least 2 years previous experience in an administrative role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service attitude.Self-motivated.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Good problem-solving skills.Believe you are suitable for the role?
