We offer a supportive, friendly and flexible environment, where our team and the local community are at the heart of everything we do Key Responsibilities and Tasks Maintain workplace OHS Adhere to policies and procedures Coordinate catalogue and in store promotions Coordinate staff recruitment, training and development Assist customers with enquiries Maintain stock control and ordering Maintain a high-level presentation of the store and service areas Manage and improve team performance on a continual basis Skills and Experience Effective leadership and management experience Current retail pharmacy experience is preferred, but not essential Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong literacy and numeracy skills Skilled computer literacy Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player Strong business acumen and eye for detail If you believe you are a great fit for this position, please submit your Resume and Cover Letter today #J-18808-Ljbffr
