About the Role Juniper Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional to step into a leadership role as Residential Manager at our vibrant Hayloft facility in Martin. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a welcoming team and provide exceptional care in a beautifully designed home, where residents enjoy modern amenities in harmony with natural surroundings. To excel in this role, you will be a compassionate and confident leader with extensive experience in aged care management. You’ll be skilled in building and managing high-performing teams, navigating budgets, leveraging technology, and fostering strong communication across all levels. Key Responsibilities Ensure care delivery aligns with approved models and is tailored to individual residents’ needs. Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, acting on feedback effectively. Lead, mentor, and inspire a productive and motivated team. Develop, allocate, and monitor budgets in collaboration with Corporate Services. Manage rosters, income, and expenses within budgetary guidelines. Oversee change management and support transitions within your areas of responsibility. Actively participate in risk assessment, hazard management, and fire safety programs. Key Requirements Qualification in Business, Leadership, or Clinical fields, with current AHPRA registration (if applicable). In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards. Proven leadership and people management experience with a focus on driving positive change. Experience in business and financial planning, including implementation and evaluation. Proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making. Strong problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. National Criminal History Check and statutory declaration regarding criminal convictions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software. Satisfactory completion of Key Personnel Checks, including Bankruptcy and Police Clearance.
