About the Role This role supports all warehouse operations, including picking/packing, stock receiving, freight coordination and maintaining a safe, well‑organised warehouse. You’ll also step in to lead the warehouse approximately two days per week. This role is perfect for someone who loves efficiency, problem‑solving and staying active. Position Details Reporting to: Warehouse Manager/Business Founder Full Time or Part Time (minimum 30 hrs/week) 12 months Fixed Term Contract Location: Rowville Key Responsibilities Lead warehouse operations independently two days per week (with casual labour support). Pick, pack and fulfil wholesale and e‑commerce orders. Receive stock, complete checks and manage put‑away (FIFO) including preparing the warehouse for pallet arrivals, including FIFO rotations. Operate walkie stackers and assist with loading/unloading containers and courier collections. Liaise with freight providers and optimise freight processes. Maintain accurate stock records and update systems (Maropost, Shippit, Amazon). Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and champion change throughout the warehouse. Develop new processes as business needs evolve that are practical and efficient. Maintain a clean, safe and compliant warehouse. Working with sales, customer service and marketing teams to align priorities. What We’re Looking For (Mandatory Skills & Experience) Experience working in warehouse, wholesale or consumer goods business operations. Demonstrated ability to improve processes and embed operational excellence in fast paced environment. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn IT systems quickly (Microsoft Office, freight platforms, Sales and ordering systems). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities. Willingness and physical capability to handle manual tasks.
