About the role We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Accounts Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all supplier invoices are processed accurately and paid on time, maintaining good relationships with vendors, and supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for accuracy Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all payments and transactions Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly Assist with month‑end tasks and reporting Maintain supplier files and up‑to‑date records Support the finance team with general administrative duties Skills & Experience Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Sound understanding of accounts payable processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications A positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to learn Desirable (but not essential) Experience in the construction, waste, or demolition industry Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping What We Offer Supportive and friendly team environment Opportunities for career development and growth Security and stability Competitive remuneration based on experience If this sounds like the right fit for you, click ‘Apply Now’ — or contact Marhia on *** to discuss the role further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
