Farm Labourer

Job Overview Job Type: Permanent position | Casual position We require 200 workers to harvest in the Shepparton region, VIC. The work includes the harvest of fruit and vegetables, pruning, maintenance duties, and general farm labour. Work will commence in January 2026 and be ongoing for 9 months. Responsibilities Harvest fruit and vegetables, prune, perform maintenance duties, and general farm labour. Work early mornings between 6 am and 7 pm, including weekends and Sundays if required. Carry 25‑kg harvest bags over uneven terrain and perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and squatting for long periods. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including wet weather. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and be flexible with working days. Availability for 6‑7 days a week, including weekends. Physically fit, able to bend, lift, and carry heavy baskets. Pass medical/drug test. Have work rights in Australia.
