About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our civil construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead and support site teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and excellence. What You’ll Bring A trade qualification in Carpentry or Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred) 8+ years’ experience in construction, including 3+ years in a leading hand or supervisory role Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills Sound IT skills and an eye for detail A proactive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for doing things right Your responsibilities will include: Representing Milleen onsite – professionally and proudly Supervising and coordinating all trades, labour, plant and equipment Conducting pre‑starts, safety reviews and maintaining site security, ensuring all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Documenting and reporting site activity, hours, and progress Championing Milleen’s SPICE values every day: Simplicity: Streamlining processes and communicating clearly to make complexity manageable.
