BI Analyst – Data & Visualisation (Daily rate contract) Location: Sydney (Hybrid) Department: Customer & Data Analytics Start date: Before Christmas shutdown We’re looking for a BI Analyst – Data & Visualisation to design, build, and deliver high-quality dashboards, support ETL processes, and help drive data-informed decision-making across a well‑known Australian organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn business questions into insightful analysis and play a key role in improving the client's BI ecosystem. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights. Resolve data quality issues and enhance dashboard performance. Support and maintain ETL workflows and collaborate with data engineers. Translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions. Optimise data models, queries, and visualisations across BI platforms. Deliver end‑to‑end reporting projects and present findings clearly to stakeholders. What We’re Looking For Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Strong SQL skills; familiarity with DAX, MDX, or Python is a plus. Experience working with platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or SQL Server. Ability to design or support ETL pipelines and data preparation workflows. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
