Now, we’re looking for a Senior Digital & Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team at our Mulgrave head office. Candidates must demonstrate at least 4+ years of copywriting & 7+ years of experience (excluding internship and graduate roles) to effectively contribute to our content creation and brand messaging initiatives. What you’ll be doing (but not limited to) Own the campaigns – design, launch, and optimise integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and other channels to drive engagement and results. Shape the message – lead content creation by developing briefs, asking the right questions, and guiding concepts for review to ensure brand consistency. Turn data into decisions – monitor performance, analyse results, and deliver actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness. Be the connector – coordinate agency relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns hit the mark. Tracking budgets like a pro – forecast, track, and maximise ROI across all campaign activities. Optimise the experience – work with web teams to enhance UX and conversion. Report with clarity – deliver insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement. Lead from a coordination perspective – manage timelines, resources, and ensure smooth execution across multiple projects and campaigns. What you’ll bring 7+ years proven experience in digital marketing, campaign development and analytics, excluding internship and graduate roles. Strong understanding of content creation – able to brief, ask the right questions, and develop concepts for review. Strong analytical ability to interpret and act on data insights. Skilled at managing external agency relationships and internal stakeholders. Solid marketing project coordination experience with proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce and campaign performance tools. Experience tracking and coordinating budgets with a focus on maximising ROI. Track record of executing digital campaigns with measurable results. Excellent project coordination, prioritisation, and communication skills. Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
