looking for a Chief of Staff to support the Chief Studio Officer in building a world-class publishing and development team within the Immutable Games team. The Chief Studio Officer has full responsibility for the Games Studio team at Immutable and is a huge champion of the Chief of Staff role, having been a Chief of Staff earlier in his career.As the Chief of Staff, you will help maximise the effectiveness of the studio team and play a pivotal role in developing a strong performance-driven culture across the studio. In this role, you will have a seat at the executive table with visibility across all the key decisions made at the company and have a large scope of impact across the organization.You’ll Be Empowered To
Work with the Chief Studio Officer to define the long-term Immutable Studio StrategyDevelop processes, rituals and working culture for the StudioAssist the Chief Studio Officer in OKR and insights tracking across the Immutable StudioDefine and launch strategy across the StudioOversee delivery leadership of cross-functional projects across the StudioHelp establish new functions in the studioImprove communication across the studio team and wider companyFacilitate effective collaboration across the studio team and their direct reportsApply your superpowers to make a big impactWe'd Love You To Bring
8+ years of work experience in high-performing environments5+ years experience in either management consulting, investment banking or in a strategy/chief of staff role at a technology companyExceptional communication skills - in this role, you need to be a master at managing a range of different stakeholdersExperience managing large strategy projects at either a management consulting firm or a large technology companyDemonstrated exceptional project management skills and evidence you have successfully worked on multiple projects at onceA high propensity to get things done - 100% focus on executionThe ability to effectively and quickly synthesise disparate information into clear recommendations, actions and decisionsExperience influencing key decisions and forming opinions that will be respected by senior executivesThe ability to establish strong, trusted relationships across the organisation (people will come to you with problems and trust you to solve them)Love of video games (must be an active gamer)We are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.
