Ideal candidates are highly organised, task‑focused and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes. You will thrive if you enjoy working within established systems and frameworks, take ownership of your responsibilities, and are driven by the success of the team and the clients you support. Responsibilities Providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasising the areas for improvement Ensuring clinic compliance obligations are being managed Ensuring client records are complete and up to date Working closely with our client engagement team Ensuring our clinicians have full, well‑managed caseloads Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the clinic Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes Assisting with rostering, scheduling, and resource allocation Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and fun clinic culture Personal Attributes Maintains a high level of attention to detail and follows through on tasks Communicates clearly and professionally with both clinicians and clients Works effectively under pressure, balancing competing priorities Values structure and consistency, but can adapt to evolving needs Has a strong sense of accountability and understands the importance of data integrity, process compliance, and operational performance Qualifications Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering Excellent time management and organisational skills Sound computer knowledge and experience using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or Salesforce Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders Good analytical and problem‑solving skills to create logical and practical solutions Required Credentials NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check The Concentric Way A generous remuneration package with additional incentives A clinic team leader who genuinely cares about seeing you thrive in all aspects of your work and life Flexibility with work hours and Hybrid Options Diverse career pathways with a focus on internal advancement and elevation Annual allowance towards professional development and 2 days of study leave A structured social events calendar with your team including monthly social events Employee Resource Groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace Access to our Employee Assistance / Wellbeing Program and app for you and your family Salary Packaging with Novated Car leasing and Super contributions Apply now or reach out on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/maddelyn-mcknight-0a782b24b. #J-18808-Ljbffr
