About This Role We\'re looking for Home Care Support Workers who are passionate about providing exceptional care to clients who want to maintain their independence at home and in the community. This role involves supporting both our Aged Care clients and our Out-of-Hospital Care (OHC) clients. Service Types Domestic Assistance Personal Care Social Support Respite Operating Hours Mon - Fri (8am to 6pm) To be considered for these roles you MUST have or be willing to get the following: A positive attitude, good listening skills, and a passion for helping others Genuine occupational requirement - Due to the intimate nature of personal care and client preference, this role requires a female* support worker NSW Drivers Licence Reliable car which is registered and covered by comprehensive car insurance First Aid and CPR certificate (can be obtained before starting) Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care) OR Bachelor/Diploma of Nursing (OR completed first-year study toward it) National Police Check clearance (within 3 months or willing to obtain) Working With Children\'s Check (WWCC) for paid work Minimum of 3 months of paid experience working within the Aged Care or Community care sector Be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week In return for your hard work, we can offer: Weekly pay - no more waiting for payday Hourly rate: $43.24 per hour + 12% superannuation Increase your take-home pay with NFP Salary Packaging benefits Guaranteed 4 hours minimum per day when available and rostered on Work life balance - no shifts in the evenings or weekends Work relatively close to home and contribute to your local community Ongoing training, career development, and wellbeing support (EAP, discounted health insurance) Rewarding care in the Home and Community Care industry Why choose Care Connect?
