Job Purpose We are seeking a motivated and passionate Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key client‑facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor to high‑net‑worth clients, collaborating with Sales, Client Management, Trading, Dealing, Marketing and Research teams to deliver the best trading solutions. Key Responsibilities Act as the first touchpoint for segmented clients of StoneX, providing an exceptional experience. Support the ongoing client lifecycle management program through regular upkeep of client information, purpose‑led interactions and timely responses to queries. Provide clients with accurate and complete information to ensure efficient management of their interactions. Proactively contact customers on a regular basis to maintain effective relationships and assess portfolio growth opportunities. Support client acquisition and referrals by assisting inquiries or leads from business partners. Communicate with customers via email, phone (both inbound and outbound), webinars and podcasts in collaboration with the marketing team. Write market commentaries as needed. Meet annually with customers face‑to‑face (if necessary) and conduct monthly telephone discussions on their ongoing progress. Assist with side projects to support the team and other departments. Learn and utilize new concepts related to industry licensing, regulations, policies, procedures and available programmes/services. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of relationship‑management experience within the financial services sector. Experience in a sales environment working with diversified solutions. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of meeting weekly or monthly targets and KPIs. Fluent in Mandarin, written and spoken.
