Your Role Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator As an Educator with Y Kinders, you will have the opportunity to : Create Engaging Learning Experiences : Design fun, creative, and tailored educational activities that nurture children's curiosity and development. Build Meaningful Relationships : Connect with children and families to foster a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome. Collaborate and Grow : Work alongside a passionate team of educators who encourage creativity and teamwork. Ensure Safety and Compliance : Maintain a safe environment and follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF) guidelines. About You You’re a dedicated, enthusiastic educator who loves working with young children and fostering their development. You’re looking for flexibility and opportunities to grow in your career. Ideally, you’ll have : A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it). A strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks. The ability to create and deliver engaging, child-centred learning activities. A valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and a Police Check (or willingness to obtain them). A friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work with different age groups in various settings.
