We coordinate private jet, helicopter and air ambulance missions for corporate clients, high net worth individuals, touring artists, medical teams and time critical movements across Australia and worldwide. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Manager to lead complex international charter operations. The role requires strong expertise in aviation procedures, charter logistics, air ambulance operations, emergency mission planning and multi‑region flight coordination across Australia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States. The position involves managing aircraft availability, operator liaison, crew and medical team logistics, safety oversight and real‑time operational decision making. Key Responsibilities Manage end to end private jet, helicopter and air ambulance operations Coordinate multi-sector global missions with operators in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia Manage aircraft availability, route planning, crew logistics and client itineraries Oversee medevac, repatriation and emergency aviation missions Liaise with operators, flight departments, airports and regulatory authorities Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements Manage irregular operations and time-sensitive disruptions Provide real-time operational oversight and client communication Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting Support vendor management and operator sourcing Skills and Experience Required Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in aviation operations or charter management Extensive international operations experience across multiple global regions Experience within both charter brokerage and aircraft operator environments Proven background in air ambulance or emergency aviation operations Strong knowledge of aircraft types, operational regulations and global charter procedures Ability to manage high pressure, time-critical aviation missions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational and problem-solving capability Ability to work outside standard business hours due to global aviation requirements Qualifications Aviation, logistics or emergency operations qualifications are desirable but extensive industry experience is essential.
