Role Description This is an on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator based in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves creating, managing and optimising MasterKraft's digital marketing and communication strategies, writing and capturing compelling content, managing public relations activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be key to executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications Proven track record in B2B or fitness industry marketing Proficiency in Writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and professional content Knowledge of brand management and audience engagement strategies Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms Strong skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools and SEO fundamentals Graphic design and video editing capability (Canva, Adobe Suite beneficial) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Key Responsibilities Brand & Communications Lead brand messaging consistency across all channels Produce product brochures, digital catalogues, and trade materials Coordinate PR, partnerships, and influencer/athlete relationships Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Develop and manage digital marketing strategies aligned to sales and product goals Create and execute paid social media, Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns Manage marketing budget and ensure profitable ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) Drive lead generation and optimise CPL (Cost Per Lead) Content Creation & Social Media Plan and publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Build content on equipment innovation, product launches, case studies, athlete partnerships, gym installations and industry events Manage photography, videography and production schedules Website & SEO Website updates (WordPress/Shopify or similar) SEO strategy including product keywords, landing page optimisation, and blog publishing Track web analytics and conversion funnel performance Work closely with Sales Team to support lead hand-over, event support, and promotions Assist with trade shows, gym fit-outs and campaign collateral Reporting & Insights Track and report on digital KPIs weekly/monthly Analyse performance and implement continuous improvement strategies Why Join MasterKraft?
