The role:

As a

Consultant NBC Designer

,

12 month fixed term contract,

you will be responsible for translating business ideas and concepts into always-on, multi-channel Next Best Conversations (NBCs), taking into account even-based triggers and propensity using Pega.

The role and Day to day will include

:

Configure new offers, propositions, and treatments, adhering to NAB contact and channel policies in Pega Customer Decision Hub (Customer Brain)Supports ongoing portfolio and customer management to optimise contact strategiesConducts descriptive analytics to inform the design and optimisation of NBC'sHelp business stakeholders project the potential value associated with a portfolio of NBC's through analytic techniques, then track, evaluate and optimiseDeliver quality outcomes that balance effective risk management with speed to market

What you will bring:

Proven experience as a senior data, campaign, or marketing analyst, in complex business settings, ideally financial servicesDemonstrated 'hands on' experience and knowledge of Pega CDHCampaign and/or data management experience coupled with knowledge of SQL is preferredDemonstrated understanding of marketing functions and campaign lifecycleTeam player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomesProactive approach to problem-solvingUnderstanding of customer strategy and proven expertise in contact optimizationStrong analytical capability, with close attention to detailRelevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline
