Parabellum International Group, a national leader in Emergency Response, Medical, Safety, and Risk Management services. Together, our group delivers accredited and non-accredited training programs designed for high-risk, industrial, mining, oil & gas, and construction environments. Parabellum International is seeking a Full Time Emergency Services Supervisor. Your role will be crucial in contributing to the uncompromised delivery of emergency Service capabilities on site. Lead Responsibilities Lead site emergency response teams, coordinating personnel, resources, and actions during emergency incidents. Serve as the lead trainer for the site emergency response team, delivering instruction, drills, and competency assessments. Implement, manage, and continuously improve emergency management systems to maintain site readiness and compliance. Develop, review, and update emergency response plans, procedures, and workplace‑specific emergency protocols. Deliver training to staff on emergency procedures and assess their readiness through drills, exercises, and evaluation processes. Apply strong leadership and coordination skills to manage complex emergency situations, including risk assessments, rescue operations, and incident containment. Maintain situational awareness and a thorough understanding of incident management principles to support effective decision‑making. Qualifications Certificate IV Training and Assessment Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue BG 4 – Underground Search and Rescue Closed Circuit BA National Police Clearance (no less than 6 months old) Proof of unrestricted working rights in Australia 5 years underground supervisory experience within the Mining Industry (preferred) Ability to FIFO and live away on a 7/7 roster Bonus skills: Certificate IV in Emergency Response Coordination (ideal but not essential) Parabellum International is an equal opportunity employer.
