Overview What you’ll do Permanent full time opportunity to provide strategic leadership, advice and management of statewide programs that impact the Health Practitioner and allied health workforces, particularly in relation to research and digital transformation initiatives. About you and qualifications Holds a formal qualification in an eligible Health Practitioner profession (as listed in the Health Practitioners and Dental Officers (Queensland Health Certified Agreement (no. from a recognised tertiary institution which will permit registration with the relevant professional registration board, or eligibility for membership / accreditation with a professional association. Responsibilities Demonstrates ability to lead the implementation of major state-wide strategic programs and initiatives that meets organisational priorities and objectives. Demonstrates high level strategic leadership to drive and deliver strategic priorities and objectives, build high level strategic partnerships and collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to oversee the implementation of statewide allied health research and digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrates ability to coordinate the allocation and management of funding and manage large, complex contracts and research agreements. Demonstrates ability to consult and provide expert, authoritative advice and guidance on complex allied health research and digital transformation policy and reform matters to internal and external stakeholders.
