Activity Coordinator - NDIS Adults & Youth Generous Performance Bonus | Career Growth | Active Community Role Alive4Life Disability Services – Campbelltown & Greater Macarthur/Wollongong Alive4Life is expanding our community programs and we are seeking two energetic, motivated, high-performing Activity Coordinators to lead our growing range of Youth, Adult Day, Weekend and OOSH activity groups. These brand-new roles offer a rare opportunity to shape programs, influence service growth, and lead active, meaningful disability support programs across Campbelltown, Macarthur, Wollongong and surrounding regions. A dynamic, active job — out in the community, leading real activities with real people Supported career pathways into leadership, service design, behaviour support or program management Work as a partnership: these two roles are shared, supportive and collaborative Become a recognised leader in our expanding activity services About the Roles These positions oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of: Saturday and Sunday social and recreation programs Adult day and night weekday groups Vacation programs Community outings, excursions and skill-building activities Two permanent part-time roles are available, each approx. 25 hours/week: Both share responsibilities, roster planning, activity design and quality assurance. A weekly crossover occurs on Wednesdays for planning, communication and consistency. This Role Is Perfect For You If You Are: High-energy, extroverted and confident talking to new people Passionate about networking with schools, community groups and agencies Motivated to grow programs, fill enrolments and promote community engagement Excellent at planning, organising and thinking on your feet Excited about developing frameworks, policies and new program models alongside our EBM and CQE Someone who prefers being active and out in the community instead of sitting at a desk all day A multi-tasker with warmth, positivity and problem-solving ability This Is an Active, Physical Role Applicants must meet the physical requirements to: Support mobility and transfers Assist participants in and out of vehicles Participate in group activities (active therapies, dance, recreation, bushwalks, etc.) Respond dynamically during community-based programs Follow behaviour support strategies and safety frameworks A Health & Fitness Assessment is required for safety and suitability. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver safe, fun and meaningful group programs Network with schools, agencies, sports clubs, youth teams and community organisations Promote and build group enrolments Develop program frameworks, policies and quality improvements Collaborate weekly with your fellow Activity Coordinator, CSC and EBM Lead program staff, complete rosters and provide supervision Conduct risk assessments and ensure NDIS safety compliance Communicate with families, guardians and participants Ensure vehicle logs, program budgets and client funds are managed correctly Qualifications & Requirements It is desirable you hold up to a Certificate IV in Sport and Recreation or Fitness or equivalent - or be completing Up to Certificate III qualification Community Services, Youth Work, Education, Allied Health or related Completed in the last 5 years Manual driver licence (must be confident driving manual cars and buses) NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and organisational skills High physical fitness and mobility Positive, outgoing personality suited to community engagement What We Offer A permanent part-time contract with guaranteed hours Performance bonus up to $98K total earning potential Internal promotion pathways Genuine support from a collaborative leadership team A fun, meaningful, people-focused role The chance to design and grow programs with real impact Family friendly - our teams children are welcome to attend our vacation and after school care programs free of charge HOW TO APPLY Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining why you’re the perfect fit.
