Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. Supervise staff performance, training, and rostering to maintain service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS, and food safety standards. Monitor sales, financial transactions, and prepare operational reports. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide product advice when required. Undertake budgeting and cost control to maximise profitability. Qualifications Minimum 12 months of relevant experience in managing retail operations. Ability to lead and supervise retail team members. Strong understanding of inventory control, merchandising, and marketing principles. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
