M.A. Services Group is rapidly expanding business in security and various services.MA Services Groupis seeking an experienced Retail Security Managerto join our growing team in Queensland. As a leading provider of security services to major Australian retailers, we deliver innovative loss prevention solutions through covert operations, uniformed security, and strategic law enforcement partnerships. About the role Based in our Queensland office, you'll be responsible for managing comprehensive retail security operations across multiple client sites. This includes leading covert and uniformed security teams, recruiting and training personnel, rostering resources effectively, and coordinating with Queensland Police to arrange onsite operations and drive successful prosecution outcomes. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Manage day-to-day covert and uniformed security operations across QLD retail locations Recruit, train, and develop security personnel to deliver exceptional results Prepare rosters and allocate resources effectively across multiple client sites Attend client meetings to discuss operational outcomes and loss prevention strategies Coordinate onsite police operations and work toward positive prosecution outcomes Conduct thorough investigations and prepare evidence packages when required Build and maintain strong client relationships with major retail partners Drive loss prevention strategies and operational improvements Conduct regular performance reviews and site audits Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements Manage stakeholder relationships including police, retailers, and internal teams Benefits and perks MA Services Group has a very generous remuneration package, well above the industry standard. Skills and experience To be considered for placement you will need to have the following skills/traits: Previous experience within a similar role with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment. We welcome candidates who possess: Proven experience in retail loss prevention, policing, or private investigations Strong understanding of both covert operations and uniformed security operations in a retail environment Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, training, and developing teams Experience with rostering and resource management across multiple sites Excellent client relationship management and strategic discussion skills Experience coordinating with law enforcement and achieving prosecution outcomes Strong investigative and report writing capabilities Strategic mindset with focus on delivering measurable results Current QLD security licence (or ability to obtain) Private Investigator licence desirable but not required LOCATION The position is located in Brisbane Airport, Queensland #J-18808-Ljbffr
