We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Director or Senior Associate to join our international team, based out of our Brisbane office, bringing additional support as we continue to grow our capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work on interstate projects of national significance as part of our national delivery model, with potential opportunity to work on international projects serviced from our offices in Canada. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical leader, scoping and delivering water management projects across hydrogeology, water management and mining sectors, providing expert knowledge on strategic planning and Water Stewardship. Provide quality advice to peers, assisting them in developing their own skills and technical knowledge. Leverage opportunities to work with existing clients, using industry knowledge and local network to identify broader opportunities in Queensland. Work on large-scale projects across Australia, making a difference from coast to coast. Collaborate across the Groundwater team and other multidisciplinary teams at EMM. Deliver exceptional quality with specialist teams and supportive leaders. Inspire and support other EMMers on their development journey. What You Will Bring 20+ years of experience and a strong background solving complex mine water management issues. Deep understanding of the Queensland market, and ability to identify opportunities within key markets: Mining, transport infrastructure and renewable energy. Desire to mentor technical teams, ensuring ongoing development of others. Strong abilities reviewing and guiding technical projects with a focus on delivering high quality outcomes.
