To be successful for this role, you will Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs. Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top‑tier service. Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success. Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies. Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes. Be the go‑to leader for troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and driving excellence. This role suits someone who Enjoys leading diverse teams in a fast‑paced environment. Thrives on a mix of strategic management and hands‑on technical work. Experience with device repairs, computers or other is highly desirable but not essential.
