Their technology uplift projects aim to enhance our capabilities and provide better outcomes for their stakeholders. Role Overview As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a variety of technology uplift projects. Your expertise will help shape the future of our technology landscape by analysing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyse and map current and future state processes. Identify opportunities for technology improvements and efficiency gains. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and feedback. Liaise with technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the federal government sector. Strong understanding of technology uplift projects and their impact on business processes (BPMN). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies. Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
