Role: Customer Experience Lead Location: Melbourne CBD Work Arrangement: Onsite Work Type: Contract About the Role We believe in the power of experiences to inspire, inform, and drive business forward. As our client is looking for a Customer Experience Lead , you'll be at the heart of that mission-curating and delivering exceptional customer briefings at our Melbourne Customer Welcome Centre. This is more than just event coordination. You'll be the face of the organisation for visiting customers, working closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to craft tailored agendas, showcase cutting‑edge technology, and ensure every interaction is purposeful and impactful. What You'll Be Doing Own the centre's calendar-schedule and manage customer briefings and events Collaborate with sales and business units to align briefing goals and discussion leaders Host customers onsite, deliver demos, and bring innovation stories to life Maintain the innovation showcase with the latest products and solutions Manage demo equipment inventory and ensure systems are up-to-date Oversee A/V and IT infrastructure to support seamless customer experiences Track visitor metrics and feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a commercial, computer science, or relevant tech field or an equivalent experience 6-8 years in a customer‑facing commercial role like technical sales, solutions engineering, customer success Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders—executives, end users, technical teams and C‑suite clients Strong technical aptitude or Tech Savvy —comfortable setting up laptops, displays, AV gear, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills You'll be part of a global team driving customer engagement at one of the world's leading technology centres.
