Employment: Permanent Full Time – 38 hours per week. Pay: Up to $38.10 per hour plus super. Responsibilities As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and deliver exceptional learning programs. Your role will ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where each child feels valued and can thrive. Qualifications Hold a Cert III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent). Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
