In This Role, You Will Lead a team to deliver government programs, work with industry and community partners, and ensure training leads to real job opportunities. Create and manage policies and practices that support best practice in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and events. Monitor and report performance, using modern tools to guide decisions, manage resources, and plan locally. Provide leadership and supervision through mentoring and coaching to help staff grow professionally. Represent the department in meetings, forums, and committees, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare written materials like reports, briefings, letters, speeches, and promotional content, while keeping accurate stakeholder records.
