About The Role As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs‑based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. Location & Working Hours Role Location: Shop 54 Brandon Park Shopping Centre, Mulgrave VIC 3170 Role Type: Permanent Schedule: Part‑time Rostered Hours: Monday: 09:15 AM – 04:15 PM (30‑minute break) – 6.50 hours Tuesday: Not Rostered Wednesday: 09:15 AM – 04:15 PM (30‑minute break) – 6.50 hours Thursday: 09:15 AM – 04:15 PM (30‑minute break) – 6.50 hours Friday: 09:15 AM – 04:15 PM (30‑minute break) – 6.50 hours Saturday: Not Rostered Sunday: Not Rostered Total Weekly Rostered Hours: 26.00 hours Responsibilities Deliver customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Conduct needs‑based conversations, identifying customer financial goals and recommending suitable products. Fulfil orders within accreditation level and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies. Maintain high customer service standards, turning customers into strong advocates of ANZ. Collaborate with team members and act as a role model and peer coach. Requirements Exceptional customer focus; retail experience is an advantage. Proficiency with digital channels and a desire to be a user and promoter of technology. Strong multi‑tasking ability and adaptability to change and ambiguity. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment. Sound understanding of compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
