We are currently looking to fill a Project Director role in New South Wales. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver successful projects, driving performance and meeting critical objectives with precision. Manage comprehensive project elements including planning, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder communication. Oversee procurement, contracts, and contractor performance to ensure project excellence. Guide and develop your project team to achieve outstanding outcomes and foster career growth. Represent Dowse Projects and our clients with professionalism and advocacy in multi-stakeholder environments. Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, WHSE, QA, and legal standards. Proactively identify risks, negotiate solutions, and maintain seamless communication across all levels. What We’re Looking For Minimum 10 years’ proven success in project management roles within property development, construction, or similar built environment sectors—with strong networks and experience. Exceptional leadership skills: ability to inspire, influence, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects. Deep contract management knowledge paired with strong commercial and financial acumen. Confident decision-maker thriving in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Strong analytical and negotiation abilities with a talent for multi-tasking and problem-solving. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
