Your role as a Speech Pathology Grad Help children achieve development milestones such as communicating their wants and needs to enable participation in everyday activities. Educate and involve parents, carers, and others around the child to support communication and language development. Support children in clear, correct pronunciation to improve intelligibility. Treat stuttering and articulation disorders for fluent, confident speech. Address literacy, reading, and writing difficulties in conjunction with teachers and schools. Teach children safe food and drink management skills. About our Grads We are looking for Graduates who share our passion for making a difference and turning therapy into a fun, engaging, and meaningful experience for families. You should be enthusiastic and thrive in an environment that welcomes fresh ideas you can bring to the wider team. You will also have A degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing). Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating. Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025. A full valid driver’s licence, access to your own vehicle with third‑party insurance. A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain. A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain. NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain. First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain. Excellent communication and time‑management skills, and attention to detail.
