Branch Manager | Community Bank Woori Yallock | VIC Permanent, Full-time position located in Woori Yallock. Overview With Bendigo Bank, you’ll build the strategic plan to grow market share in the localised area. This all‑rounder role carries broad leadership, commercial, and operational responsibilities. Responsibilities Coaching and developing team competencies with a focus on continuous improvement. Prioritising business performance by tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans. Working closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships, serving as the face of our brand and actively participating in events. Leading by example by prioritising the customer experience and stepping in wherever the branch needs you. Building connections and supporting customers to give back and make our communities a better place. What you’ll bring People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance. Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business. Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential). Strong communication skills to deliver clear branch expectations. Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework. Ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance. High level understanding of lending products, policies and regulations. Knowledge of retail branch operations.
