The Apollo – A modern Greek landmark in Potts Point, blending bold Mediterranean flavours with Sydney style. Cho Cho San – A lively, inventive izakaya in the heart of the Potts Point, where Japanese‑inspired dining gets a fun, unexpected twist. Olympus Dining – Our newest addition: a refined, fire‑driven and contemporary Greek taverna – a premium dining experience in Surry Hills. Though different in flavour, each venue shares our group’s commitment to craft, community and culture. We’re a tight‑knit team doing hospitality our way – warm, generous, and serious about growth. About the Role We’re looking for passionate, hardworking Commis Chefs to join our kitchen teams. Whether you’re fresh from culinary school or already sharpening your knives on the line, this is a place where careers are built — not just rosters filled. You’ll work closely with senior chefs, master foundational techniques, support smooth daily service, and help bring our menus to life across prep, cook and plating.
