About the Role We’re looking for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and 3ICs to join the SHEIKE team As a leader, you’ll be a true SHEIKE ambassador—leading with purpose, building an engaged and high-performing team, and driving exceptional results across all areas of store operations. You’ll create a memorable, empowering environment where both your team and customers feel confident, stylish, and supported every day. This role is open to both part-time and full-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Build strong customer connections and a loyal, engaged community Drive commercial performance through visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence Manage rosters and wages with a performance-focused mindset Recruit, develop, and mentor high‑calibre talent aligned with SHEIKE values Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and leadership to build team capability Make commercially driven decisions guided by KPIs and business goals Foster a positive, inclusive “one‑team” culture that celebrates success Represent SHEIKE as a confident, empowered brand ambassador About You Management experience (fashion retail highly preferred) Strong styling ability and passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences Proven success developing, leading, and motivating a high‑performing team Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and overall store performance Excellent communication, resilience, and leadership skills Thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on retail environment Positive, proactive, and driven to deliver results What’s in It for You?
