Customer Service and Procurement Officer We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Procurement Officer to join our team at Gypsy Hub Pty Ltd in Preston, Victoria. This is a full‑time position, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments. What you'll be doing Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, answering phones, filing, invoicing, document management and maintaining databases. Customer service and account management. Inventory management including stock counts. Plan, manage and coordinate the procurement of raw materials, building strong relationships with suppliers. Oversee online sales, including invoicing, processing and dispatch. Co‑ordinate finished goods dispatch for customers. Assist with goods receival as required. What we're looking for Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role and procurement. Senior level procurement experience with extensive knowledge of supply chain management and vendor relationships is required. Minimum 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to your work. Australian work rights are required for this position. Experience with ERP systems for procurement management and supplier coordination is required. Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is favourable.
